Kilts and ceilidh come to Cornwall! Alex and Calum Cornwall Wedding at Tremorna Farm

Kilts and ceilidh come to Cornwall! It was a stunning day last May for Alex and Calum’s Cornwall wedding.

It was super special to be involved in their gorgeous wedding! Made all the more special as I’d been the wedding photographer for two other couples of this lovely group; it really felt like I was amongst friends (I was!).

The day kicked off with hearty breakfasts at The Cape Cornwall Club where the both the groomsmen and bridal party were getting ready. One of the bridal party practiced her rendition of ‘Umbrella’ by Rihanna – which she later sang so beautifully as the bride walked down the hay bailed aisle. (Yes, we all well up!). (Well done Maissa!).

After breakfast we headed to Tremorna Farm; a beautiful site for creating bespoke weddings; set amongst acres of West Cornwall farmland it really is a top-notch Cornwall wedding venue! The sun shone (no need for the ‘umbrella’) and there were bagpipes played and pasties eaten … along with lots of love and laughter, oh and lots of very boisterous ceilidh dancing. What’s not to love!!?

The couple were both so radiant, kind and lovely. I love being immersed in the joy of a beautiful Cornwall wedding! THANK YOU so much to Alex and Calum and their wonderful wedding party!!
