The Old Barn in North Devon is one of the fabbest, most quirky, cute venues this Devon Wedding Photographer has had the pleasure to shoot at. It has a wonderful authentic feel with its large oak beams and rustic walls and also includes a totally unexpected room full of bumper cars… It’s an eclectic mix of loveliness…
Speaking of loveliness (see what I did there… seamless), Giles + Megs’ wedding was a totally heart-warming occasion so full of love and joy. I think what stood out for me was just how close the bond between Giles + Megs was, something that permeated through their group of friends and family. (And thank to everyone for making me feel so welcome). Hats off guys! You really nailed a wedding that completely was YOU!! – Authentic rustic with a contemporary vintage vibe, bumper cars, and ‘a little bit of luck, we will make it through the night’… it was a blast!
A big shout out to Joss, wedding planner at the Old Barn who had such a lovely way about her and ensured the whole day rolled along smoothly. The catering team! Oh Em G! (Inserts salivating emoji!). Oh, and a BIG shout to Paul Barrington of https://www.theweddingspinner.co.uk who, I can say without hesitation, delivered one of the best DJ (wedding) sets I've heard (and danced to!). Cheese it was not!
